Returns and Exchanges

In addition to your statutory rights, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our returns conditions.

Returned products must be unused, clean and in a resalable condition, with their original labels, accessories, instructions and packaging.

Clothing, helmets, boots and protective products may be carefully tried on indoors to assess their size and fit. Products showing signs of riding use, fitting, washing, modification, damage or contamination may not qualify for a full change-of-mind refund.

Free Returns

A free returns service is available for qualifying Mainland UK orders with a net order value above £50.

Please contact us before returning anything so that we can confirm eligibility and provide the authorised return method and correct return address.
